Last week I reviewed the updated entry system. When guests arrive, they’re given a wristband, along with the usual items like a bathrobe, slippers, and two towels. The wristband must be worn visibly, and it’s designed to close only once. It can be removed at the end of the visit, either by cutting it off or at the reception desk.
For the staff, receiving full payment in cash is more beneficial than accepting a lower-value voucher. But they often need more than a standard half-hour session just to cover their working (entrance) fee. Only after that do they begin to earn anything. You can notice the frustration of some girls because of that.
