As for the original question:
I'd always trust Viagras over Kamagra. Never used any of those, but I've got relatives working at a pharmacy and they say that the Viagra sales are at a substantial level constantly! Kamagra is a recent trend which I don't approve of, it is commercialized like the first guy said.
Besides, Viagra is clinically tested and approved by pharmaceutical companies. As for the Kamagra, I read a description about it on a poster near me (yes it's true they do advertise this a lot) and it's a gel which you're supposed to rub on your D! All-in-all, Viagra's for the win! :-D

Yes, there's the cream version that you have to rub on your penis, but I prefer to the gel (oral jelly), which is way more convenient in my opinion. They have different fruit flavors for the oral jelly and they're actually quite tasty.

I personally only experienced minor headaches and a bit of dizziness once. There's a long list of potential side effects on the official website and you should definitely look into them if you're thinking about using any performance enhancer.

don't believe to laic bullshit your tv says or people around you. ask your local pharmacist. i use ibuprofen and aspirin on many different occasions when it's not supposed to, and look at me replying to your concerns, healthy and happy! #30367
