Well, I think that the decision to have breast augmentation surgery is a personal choice. But it should be made after a careful consideration of the potential risks.

If I had to choose between perfect natural breasts and best made fake ones, there is really a no brainer at all,.. natural all the way,.... but since that you rarely can see a perfect pair of naturals in a RL, and believe me, I've seen a lot in my time... then I would rather squeeze a perfect looking pair of fake ones than a saggy pair of naturals.... JMTC not to offend any owner of less than perfect ones

True, perfect tits are very rare, I almost feel that such girls only available in nightclubs. Somehow I just had GFs with big boobs so far but there was always a small difference between the tits. But nightclubs are really different, and if the selected girl can provide a good GF sex then you are in the heaven.
