As far as Babylon is concerned, they have done something remarkable in the past three decades and they still fuel the feat. They have an inner circle of clients with strength and reputation that is just as important as being flawless (almost). I feel opening up to the "audience" would be a step backward because they want to be a premium provider. It makes sense to me somehow, and those who can't afford € 550 for an hour might stay away, which is how I feel. |

They can certainly afford a proper website like Wellcum. I totally agree. In 2014 Goldentime had far more informative website https://web.archive.org/web/201402030031...entime.at/ This means to me that the GT management don't want to have such website like Wellcum, because they could easily have again a more informative one. |

It's more a question of, if they want the hassle of maintaining it or not |

But what is also strange, that there are no webdesign company in Vienna which specialised in providing online marketing for sex clubs. I believe that there are at least few clubs to pay money to have online presence, just a design company should ask them. I am sure there are webdesign companies for that very market but the clubs don't seem to find that necessary |

True that others can copy it but they won't usually because they run out of gas somewhere along the track. Many things (not all of them) that Wellcum has been doing is no different than what GT was doing years ago. GT also had a calendar with naked girls from the club. That was long before Wellcum existed but they then stopped and decided to not put effort any longer into those things. Those things do matter, though. Of course they matter. I don't know the real reason but I think GT stopped the calendar and other reputation-maintenance things because they were already succesful. I almost wrote "succesful enough" but what is considered enough? A business should continously improve its services, or there will be a younger, better or agressive competitor on the market who does it better. I read an article on Sex Vienna blog last year, with title Is FKK Club Funpalast responsible for the decline in quality of Austrian Saunaclubs? The writer mentioned the situation when GT realised the pressure of FP's lowered prices as well as the facts, that Wellcum became a magnet for girls. I was wondering why GT did not reacted with mass social media and other campaigns/presence? By now GT would have well working social media channels. |

Using social media for such purposes is quite tricky, I saw many Facebook and Youtube accounts deleted earlier. As I see most of big clubs already knows how to show girls without real nudity, but in some cases social media moderators delete the accounts just because of the topic (sexual services). My online marketing friend told me that the most important is having a newsletter database. Your Facebook or other accounts can be deleted anywhen, but if you have a database, you can send out commercial mails whenever you want. What Wellcum does on social media is not a big stuff, but it is still better than most of other places do. They post the newest girls plus some filler content every day, and make event for every Naked nights. It seems they have comitted fans, at least the Facebook page has only 1500 fans but every posts get 100 reactions at least. This is a very good ratio. They do the same on Instagram and Twitter, post one content every day. I think this can be copied by any company on the market. |
