People won't mind the smoking ban. They will smoke outside and come back to the club. Pub guests do the same.

So is there a terrace or a yard inside where you can go out and smoke or you have to stand in front of Maxim?

All I know is that people stand in front of the club and smoke there. I don't know about any other place in the club itself where people smoke. On the upside of things, the air quality has obviously improved immensely at Maxim and at all the other clubs as well.
