The Aargau police have rescued a young girl from Eastern Europe from a brothel, leading to the arrest of the brothel operator. The incident was triggered by a member of the public who reported a young girl working at a brothel in the Baden district. After removing the young woman from the brothel, an investigation was launched by the Canton Prosecutor’s Office into promoting prostitution of minors and potential human trafficking. The underage girl has been transferred to a specialized agency for psychological care.

I can't imagine why this was deemed acceptable for the brothel operator. If an underage girl works in your brothel as a prostitute, it is seriously condemned in all countries around the world. Okay, perhaps not in Africa, but that's not the context here.
The only thing I can imagine is that the operator was unaware of the girl's true age. However, the young prostitute had a fake ID. Who provided it to her? The entire story lacks clarity. Regardless, it was a massive mistake to allow an underage girl to work there.
