I guess you are referring to the fact that they have not been sold as rumours indicated last year in the end.
As far as I know there was a planned sale but eventually it got cancelled which leaves FP no other choice than to continue struggling.
They are not even close to GT, Babylon or Maxim. They don't have a stable pricing scheme and even with the included half an hour in the entry fee they fail to attract high paying customers. And this is what the ladies want these days: they want generous people and not those who pay them with the coupon.
Even though GT is also struggling these days, they are stil lmiles ahead of FP in every aspect.

Interesting, I never heard that the sale got canceled. The coupon system is a crap, of course.

Nothing has officially been revealed but as far as the girls in FP and the staff is concerned this is their newest attempt to give it another go or fresh start, let's say.
Sucks for them that the sale didn't work because they clearly don't know how to make FP work as an FKK with normal standards. I am sure, had the sale been finalized, the owner would have been a happy and super relieved man.
By the way, this Ali guy, who claimed to be part owner and general manager, which he probably both never was, due to lack of qualification and people skills, has been let go.
Maybe this is the "fresh start" they are referring to. I don't know who is currently replacing him.
