Can't really know who to believe in a situation like this, it's one story against the other. Hopefully the right thing happened, it's terrible when someone gets falsely put into jail for years. On the other hand, if he did something, he should have went back to prison. I guess we'll never know unless he reoffends, then it was probably like the girl said.
