One of my friends from Hungary visited me. He traveled with train and police officers and soldiers appeared on the train right after they crossed the border, at the first train station. He will be asked not to nicely to present the ID card but he accidentally presented the driving licence. In Hungary both documents are okay for ID verification. So he showed his driving licence and was almost kicked down from the train. And he was from a EU country. Police officers are crazy sometimes.
