Can you tell me how to start in Maxim? If I understood well, I have to visit the club, go down to the bar area and then what? Is there an employee to handle my coat? Will someone have a list of girls with their services? Or someone, who can recommend me girls, based on my preferences?

The most convenient way to be updated with the available girls and their services, is to browse the Maxim website at https://maxim-wien.com/ (or the German version: https://maxim-wien.com/de/). In both langauges you can find the All Girls subpage, it shows the girls' availibility. Maxim is doing well in updating it although mistakes tend to happen, allbeit rarely. So before going to the club, you can check who will be there.
Once you arrive at Maxim, you can ask the staff for recommendations, and you can reach them with any of your questions or concerns. Don't forget that Maxim is a top nightclub in Vienna, so you can except first class experience and customer care. This sounds awkward when I'm writing it down, but it is true. I also recommend you to talk a bit with the girls, you can freely discuss their services, your feelings and how do you imagine a session.
