So the virus situtation become more serious every day, this is a very bad news to all of us. First of all, Vienna, the brothels and almost all possibility to have paid sex, is now stopped. But this is just an invoncenience. What is a bigger problem, is the nature of the current COVID disease. More people will die and the there will be serious effects on economy as well. I'm not sure now when will life be back to normal, maybe around Summer?

Hope we can get back to normal soon, everything seems to be deserted right now - online and in real life too. By the way, to at least share something with you guys, the latest news I've heard was that clubs need to be closed in Vienna at least until July 1. This means at least 2 more months of this, then hopefully we can get back to the old routine.

Here were I live stuff is starting to get back to normal. Cafes allow people to be in the outdoor area and more businesses are opening up or staying open longer. I think the July1 date is reasonable, if something doesnt happen till then. But in my opinion we will still feel the effects of the virus after the lockdown is over, for the rest of the year fo sure. I just down know if every place can get back on their feet. Im sure Maxim, Goldentime and a few other places will be able to, but im talking about the smaller studios and laufhauses. I guess it mainly depends on how many girls will come back, and when. And if they want to go back to their old job, bcause I bet a lot of places will be hiring after they can open. Just my opinon tho.

There isn't much legit information out there at this point. Merely a few rumours but nothing valid, in my opinion. What I can say is that there is a certain air of relief and hope going through Vienna. Like you can almost grasp it. It's real and I think people won't accept that much bullshit from the state for much longer.

Thats actually very good news. If they are allowing the women to have the health books, then places might actually be open from July. I thought it was just something to tell people so they shut up about it, just to extend it longer, but it can actually be true. Ty for sharing good news in these hard times!

I'm proud that Austria has wiser regulations than German has, I've just read what the German Sex Worker Association publised in this topic: https://sex-vienna.com/2020/05/28/germany-introduces-a-hygiene-concept-for-erotic-services-as-a-result-of-the-coronavirus/
I'm not sure that the Sex Worker Association's concept will be the law or not, but if we don't count the usual cleaning part, this is heavy:
When the suitor leaves, the ladies have to ventilate the room for at least 10 minutes, change and disinfect the bed sheets and towels that were used and remove any waste from the room. All contact surfaces (shelves, doorknobs, chairs, etc.) and sex toys need to be cleaned and disinfected. The ladies also have to keep the customer contact data for up to 4 weeks in order to be able to trace back infection chains.
I think this corona virus panic was a bit higher than the real situation, at least I lost a tons of money because of it. And I'm not working in sex industry but still..
