I've just read this article about Jürgen Rudloff, the owner of FKK Paradise Stuttgart, where girls were threatened and abused by Hells Angels gang members. http://sexclubwien.com/breaking-news/lawyer-talks-about-what-prostitutes-in-fkk-club-paradise-went-through/
As I understood, the business was succesful for years, and many girls worked under the supervision of brutal pimps. It is not yet clear to me where were the authorities during these years. And the whole story happened in Germany, and not in Serbia or Albania.
Can this happen in Vienna too? I can say many bad things about the Vienna FKKs, but I would never say that they use such shady tactics. What do you think?

Basically running an FKK business is a very risky one and not automatically profitable. The examples of FP and Fresh show that some clubs simply never really get things in order well enough to be on top and be successful. The reasons for that are many but it is definitely not easy at all to make money with an FKk club. So there is a lot of pressure and you almost have a duty to be successful and use any means necessary to please the clients in this very competitive market.
If we talk about Germany one might think that it might be a bit easier to run an FKK successfully because people have adopted the system and basically prefer it over normal sex bars and sexclubs. This has already happened decades ago and Germany is known for its big FKK clubs.
Now every so often a new FKK Saunaclub will open and it almost always is a big investment with investors expecting return of investment quickly etc. In order to make sure that a new FKK club is successful on opening day many factors have to be in place. Of course there are the usual things you can do like have a big delicious buffet and spectacular show acts and porn stars and free alcohol or a popular DJ and performer or whatever you want to do these days. But first and foremost you have to know for a fact that on opening day you will have the right number of girls working. And we are not talking 20-30 but 60-100 instead because people will count and judge the club by the number of girls attracted (among other things).
Now tell me.... how do you make sure that on opening day there will be as many girls as you need and wish to have and announce in your marketing efforts?

As far as I know, the owner of Paradise has shown himself as a person that operates multiple huge FKKs in Germany without doing anything illegal. If I’m not mistaken, he was also featured in a TV show or a documentary or something similar, where they showed the Paradise, talked to the girls, and interviewed the owner about his business. Seemingly, he was really a “white knight” as the article suggests, but in reality he was the Devil himself. A lot of people were surprised when the police took him into custody as a result of suspicion and even more shocked when the truth about his business was brought to the public’s eye. I guess its not all legal afterall.
Now he is going to jail for 5 years, but I don’t think he is going to be locked up for too long (or long enough). He has connections, he has money and he has influence. He is going to figure out a way to get out. I just hope he won’t be allowed to open another business or that they are going to keep a close eye on him. No woman should have to go through the things these women in Paradise had to go through.

I think the best way to make the number of wanted girls appear is to ensure a huge number of clients and allow the girls to make a lot of money. And this works the other way around too. And to invite as many clients as possible, the best way is to lower the entry price, give them good food, do something extra like a special event, special entertainers or something like this. The place should look good too, nobody wants to be in a shitty small place with a bunch of other guys half naked.
It’s a fact that it is very hard to run a business like this without doing anything illegal, but that's how it should be. Of course, I’m just a random guy and not a business owner so I maybe wrong about this.

I was trying to say just that. It's almost not possible to be successful and 100% legal at the same time because the market is too competitive.

I don't think we need to focus on what he did and judge him. If he doesn't operate an FKK any longer there will be others doing what he did or worse because there is no solid and bullet proof way of doing it legally for what the FKK clients expect. Pay 50€ and receive 5-Star-service. That is never gonna fly again in Germany, those times are up.

So, basically a new FKK should invest millions but "lower the entry fee/price" and give good food and host special events. It doesn't work, though. You need the prospect of having almost 100 girls and you won't unless you have an active "order" in place.

In my opinion only the number of HQ girls is important when opening an FKK. Okay, it is a sauna club so the usual assets should be also available (buffet, sauna, spa), but the girls are the most important. At the moment I don't know how to hire 100 girls. Or 200, because half of them will disappear before opening. Maybe asking a Romanian pimp, however the pimps I heard about never had more than 10 girls.
Personally I would start with a studio with few but good girls, pushing the social media and local forum work and try to develop the business. But I never tried it, it is also possible that it's not easy to handle sex workers

Not true. It is the total number of girls that will matter the most and in the process the number of new girls coming in to maintain the reputation, The FKK clients are weird like that, they want it all and be very vocal about it. to ensure that new girls come on a regular basis means that you need to have that reputation of being a club in which a lot of money can be made and conditions are good. No new club can have that reputation. Therefore, of course, girls got to be organised differently. Pure logic, if you ask me.

You have right, a good FKK should always have new girls, but the girls will rarely arrive if the club is not good. This is a Catch-22 for a new FKK and it seems, the Paradise owner did not have legal assets to solve this paradox.
