AO is a definite trend.
One that, like many, might have come from Germany over to Austria.
However as far as I have an overview about the business in Austria, it seems to be that only in Vienna you have real AO almost everywhere. In the other areas of Austria it is not that easy to find I think.
In Germany, though, there are more places also in smaller cities in which AO is prevalent

I agree and I always use condoms when having sex with a working girl. Don't think the pleasure is worth the risk. This is why I choose places that have good reputation. Nowadays sex without condom is not even allowed in most places. And where it's allowed you wouldn't want to have sex with the girls without a condom, trust me.
