Been to the group of Czerninggasse studios before and for me it was the worst experience in Vienna by far. It has a damn ugly interior and also looks bad from the outside and too many people walk by day and night watching you go in or stand in front of it. Indiscreet as hell. However there are numerous studios that look bad but once you enter you find nice rooms inside so it is not necessarily a red flag.
Cerningasse is definitely to be avoided
