Laufhaus Vienna is not far from the Hauptbahnhof train station, which has a couple of new decent (not high class, but good) hotels around it. MOTEL ONE Hauptbahnhof, Star Inn Hotel Hauptbahnhof and some others come to mind.

It seems Laufhaus Rosi is closed for 75 days, at least the counter on the website shows that. They should be back around 1st of September. They say that they renovate the apartmants during the Summer:

Interested to see if they can stand the test of time like Maxim did a few months ago. IMHO it's so much easier to fill up a LH with new girls and some of the original ones will probably come back too.
The summer months are fairly brutal on some establishments in Vienna.
