I am for smaller clubs in Vienna where you can find reliable, beautiful girl that you can trust, that offer you the pleasure you want once start knowing you, that always use condoms and have weekly mandatory medical check and so on.

I don't agree that this is a general thing. Also I do not think that there is such a thing as a "problem with Romanian girls". They are the vast majority as far as sexwork in Europe goes and this is how things develop. Girls who want to settle down in Vienna will surely give their best to please their customers and make them return. Regardless of their nationality.
