It's a little hard to give you an answer if you don't give us the exact address of the studio. I am pretty sure you are referring to one of the Studios on Hasnerstraße in 1160 Vienna but that is just a guess.
I am right, then this is an absolute dump, like all studios in that area, and I highly recommend to stay clear. Am I right in my assumption that you mean the studio located Hasnerstraße 37?
