A woman got 18 years for murder at Vienna criminal district court

Half year ago a 27-year-old homeless woman had sex with a 36-year-old Czech man in an abandoned house. After the intercourse, she murdered her partner with a knife, but shortly was arrested. Very interesting case indeed. In theory the Czech man went crazy and the woman tried to save her own life. But there was no evidence that this is what happened, so the jury gave her 18 years. I'm not sure that the homeless woman was imputable but this is again a question what the jury examined well. Anyways, this is just a bad story from 2020 and it is also possible that the coronavirus somehow had effect on her mental state.
